If we want to create balance and wholeness in our lives we need all four levels to be in harmony. One of the most powerful tools for change is our mind, so we will look at how to use the right and left brain in a balanced way so that we can achieve the success and happiness that we are seeking.

Section 7. The art of meditation and mind management
At the start of the Head and Heart Solutions course, first the question: 'Who am I?' is explored. Then we looked at letting go of what holds us back and how to take charge of our stresses and strains in daily life. We then go on to increase our physical and emotional energy levels and access our heart power. We now move on, and in this section we will learn to direct all this strength and power through the clarity of our mind. Throughout the whole course 9 progressive meditations are provided called 'The Mastermind Meditation Series'. It is an essential tool for being successful and happy in your life and increases your ability to concentrate and help develop your intuition.

In this section we explore the possibility that you can develop your creative potential and that you can apply it in your life and achieve great things. We will show that making friends with the unconscious mind is the only way to bring this great creative power to fruition in your life. Creativity is spontaneous and it has no rules. It shines its light on every situation and it is also addictive.
